3 (apparent -1) Degree overnight, reaching a modest 21, clear and sunny
It was a very cold morning, and none of us were in a hurry to step out of bed. Following a hearty, late cooked breakfast at the van, we had a day of catching up on domestic duties and some overdue admin. We then drove into town late morning for Noel to do some grocery shopping, while I entertained Olli with a visit to ANZAC Hill, then refuelled the ute. Back at the van, we had a light lunch and booked our stay at Uluru for next week. A nice bike ride along the Todd River into town in the late afternoon sun made for a very pleasant ride, followed by a few calls then dinner, capping of a day that passed too quickly.
